CAPA is committed to recognise individuals who made an outstanding contribution to the organisation. An outstanding contribution has the following characteristics:

• The contribution exceeded normal expectations, whereby the individual went beyond what would have been expected of the person in that position, including taking into account whether that person is a volunteer or an employee of a member organisation.
• The contribution significantly progressed the objectives of CAPA.
• The contribution was consistent over a reasonable period of time.
